Note: If you registered for the 2003 Montreal meeting and did not cancel, your registration has been transferred to the Nice meeting at no additional cost.

Abstract Submission Fee

A fee of $30 for each abstract submission will be assessed in order to offset some of the costs of processing the abstract. This fee is not refundable and may be paid by credit card at the time of abstract submission. In the event of the voluntary withdrawal of an abstract by the author, the return of the abstract because of violation of abstract regulations, or the rejection of the abstract for presentation, this submission fee will not be refunded.

Refund Policy

• Registration is not transferable.
• If your abstract is declined and you decide to cancel for that reason, full refund of the fee will be made.
• Cancellation received prior to Nov. 28^th will permit a 30% refund of the fee by Feb. 28^th.
• No refunds will be made to delegates cancelling after Nov. 28^th.
